Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reflectra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Reflectra
• Users under 18 require parental consent and verification
• Users under 13 cannot create accounts without verifiable parental consent (COPPA compliance)
• By using the service, you represent that you meet these age requirements

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Create agents that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Impersonate others or create misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Creator Agreement

If you create and sell agents on the marketplace:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant Reflectra a license to host and distribute your agents
• You earn 70% of each sale (30% platform fee)
• You are responsible for ensuring your agents comply with our content policies
• Reflectra reserves the right to remove or modify agents for safety or policy violations
• Review fees are non-refundable for policy violations

Intellectual Property

The Reflectra platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Reflectra, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All sales are final unless required by law
• Creator payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect
• Tax information (W-9) is required for creators earning over $600/year

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflectra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
